DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by respondent, returnable September 10, 2018, for an order vacating this Court's prior order disbarring him from the practice of law (260 A.D.2d 794, 688 N.Y.S.2d 730 [1999], lv dismissed and denied 93 N.Y.2d 1031, 697 N.Y.S.2d 553, 719 N.E.2d 913 [1999] ).

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, the papers filed in opposition, and the papers filed in reply thereto, it is

McCarthy, J.P., Lynch, Clark, Mulvey and Rumsey, JJ., concur.

ORDERED that the motion is denied, without costs.
