This case is calendared for trial during the Court's March 4, 2024, Salt Lake City, Utah, trial session. On November 17, 2023, the parties filed a joint Motion for Continuance. In the Motion, the parties request that the Court direct the parties to submit a proposed scheduling order. The Court deems it not appropriate to order a proposed scheduling order at this time. The parties can renew this request in a future status report.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the parties' joint Motion for Continuance, filed November 17, 2023, is granted, and this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before April 4, 2024, and every 120 days thereafter, file with the Court a joint report or separate reports as to the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
