On November 14, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Entry of Decision, reflecting no deficiency and no penalties, and advising that petitioner has been unresponsive. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's Motion is set for hearing at the Court's Portland, Oregon trial session, scheduled to commence on December 11, 2023, at 10:00 am at the Mark O. Hatfield U.S. Courthouse, 1000 SW Third Avenue, Courtroom 14B, Portland, Oregon 97204. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before the call of this case from the calendar, petitioner shall file a response to respondent's Motion for Entry of Decision. Petitioner is advised that failure to respond to respondent's Motion or failure to appear at the hearing on December 11, 2023, may result the Court granting respondent's motion and entering decision.
