KRISTINA MARIE STAMBAUGH, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes, Judge

This case was on the Court's September 12, 2022 trial calendar for San Francisco, California. Respondent had moved for a continuance on September 9, 2022, and we discussed that motion on the record. Petitioner promised to get some remaining documents to respondent in late October. This should enable the parties to negotiate a settlement, so it is

ORDERED that respondent's September 9, 2022 motion for continuance is granted. It is also

ORDERED that on or before October 27, 2022 petitioner shall submit any remaining documents in support of her case to respondent. It is also

ORDERED that on or before November 17, 2022 respondent shall file a status report describing any progress toward settlement or a narrowing of the issues to be tried. It is also

ORDERED that this division of the Court retains jurisdiction.
