Pursuant to the Order filed herewith, IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff's Complaint against Defendants Bank of America, N.A., successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP, formerly known as Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP, and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The Court orders that such judgment be entered.
