We REINSTATE these appeals.
On May 15, 2017, we ordered the trial court to conduct a hearing to determine whether appellant is entitled to court-appointed counsel in these appeals. On May 22, 2017, public defender Riann Christine Moore filed a docketing statement in each appeal. Attached to the docketing statement is the trial court's notification that the public defender appellate division was appointed to represent appellant and the trial court's certification in each case.
We DIRECT the Clerk to list Riann Christine Moore as counsel of record in these appeals and to send all future notices to her at 133 N. Riverfront Blvd, LB 2, Dallas, TX 75207.
