ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

On July 21, 2023, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground that petitioners had failed to submit the filing fee. On the same date, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. No certificate of service is attached thereto. See Rule 21(b)(1)(B), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure.

In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
