This case is currently calendared for a remote proceeding on February 27, 2023. On February 10, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case. Respondent reports that the parties have reached a basis for settlement that resolves all issues in this case. Respondent further reports that the decision document and settlement stipulation will be mailed to petitioner for her review and signature, and once the signed documents are received from petitioner they will be filed with the Court. Respondent also reports of an updated address for petitioner. Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that this case is stricken from the February 27, 2023, remote proceeding calendar. It is further
ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change petitioner's address of record in this case to the following: 700 Rosewood Street, Apt 5S, Bronx, New York 10467. It is further
ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before March 27, 2023, electronically submit to the Court an agreed stipulated decision document or file status reports, separately or jointly, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case.
