ORDER

Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge Pro Tem, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:

The delayed application for leave to appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction. The trial court denied appellant's motion for partial summary disposition on April 7, 2021 and denied appellant's timely motion for reconsideration on May 18, 2021. Appellant failed to file the application within six months of the date of entry of the order denying appellant's motion for reconsideration, as required by MCR 7.205(A)(4)(a).
