DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by Keith G. for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order of this Court dated March 2, 2016, which determined appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated May 1, 2014, July 14, 2014, and August 4, 2014, respectively, and to stay the adoption of the child Angel P., pending hearing and determination of the appeal by the Court of Appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
