This case is currently set for trial at the Court's October 10, 2023, Birmingham, Alabama trial session. On July 13, 2023, the parties filed a joint Motion for Continuance requesting this case be continued to a special trial session in Jacksonville, Florida in March 2024. On August 17, 2023, we held a conference call with the parties. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties' Motion for Continuance, filed July 13, 2023, is granted and this case is stricken from the Court's Birmingham, Alabama, October 10, 2023 trial session and continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction over this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that the place of trial is changed from Birmingham, Alabama to Jacksonville, Florida. It is further

ORDERED that this case is set for trial at a Special Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on March 11, 2024, at 10:00am EST at the United States Courthouse, 300 N. Hogan Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 30, 2023, the parties shall filed status reports regarding the then-present status of this case and propose a pretrial schedule.
