BEFORE: KUHN, HIGGINBOTHAM, AND THERIOT, JJ.
WRIT DENIED. In its April 23, 2013 judgment at issue, the trial court pertinently decreed as follows: "IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that, pursuant to the judgment dated [November 23, 2010], Loretta St. Pierre is ordered to sign the transfer documentation from Edward Jones IRA # 161-92310-1-0, being the IRA of $121,177.17 contained in the prior Judgment of the Court rendered on November 29, 2010." It therefore appears that this asset may not yet have been partitioned. Accordingly, this Court declines to exercise its supervisory jurisdiction.
