WRIT GRANTED IN PART WITH ORDER AND DENIED IN PART. To the extent the trial court's May 11, 2023 order denied the Motion to Compel filed by defendants, A.B.S. Services, Inc. and Anthony J. Bertas, with respect to original Request for Production Nos. 4, 5, 7, and 10 as well as Supplemental/Revised Request for Production Nos. 1, 4, 8, 10, and 14, that portion of the order is vacated. However, respondents are instructed to produce any documents withheld on the basis of privilege to the trial court for in camera inspection to determine whether privilege exists, prior to disclosure to relators. In all other respects, the writ is denied.
