DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 18, 2020. Motion by the respondents 718 Insurance Agency, Inc., Interested Underwriters At Lloyds London, and Western Litigation, Inc., and separate motion by the respondents Century Surety Company, Century Insurance Group, and Meadowbrook Insurance Group to dismiss the appeal for failure to timely perfect.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are denied as unnecessary as the appeal has been deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a).
