We grant St. Louis' petition for writ of mandamus. We withhold issuance of the writ, being confident that the trial court will rule forthwith on St. Louis' pending motion and if necessary will promptly conduct a re-sentencing hearing. Heggs v. State, 759 So.2d 620 (Fla. 2000); Trapp v. State, 760 So.2d 924 (Fla. 2000).
