ORDER


This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of the plaintiff in an unlawful detained action. The facts and legal issues raised on this appeal are substantially identical to those decided in St. Louis Housing Authority v. Thompson, 657 S.W.2d 390 (Mo.App. 1983). Accordingly, no jurisprudential purpose would be served by a written opinion. The judgment of the trial court is reversed pursuant to Rule 84.16(b).
