Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that Paula Michaud, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the children and Reginald H. Bedell, Esq., P.O. Box 485, 7564 Court Street, Elizabethtown, NY 12932, is appointed in her place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 (b); and it is further

ORDERED that the children be made available to the attorney for the children as he may direct.
