ORDERED that Paula Michaud, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the child, and Omshanti Parnes, Esq., 65 Court Street, Plattsburgh, NY 12901, is appointed in her place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 (b).
