DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

By order dated April 13, 2018, appellant was granted poor person status and assignment of counsel, to be represented by The Rural Law Center of New York. By letter dated September 13, 2018 by Kristin A. Bluvas, Esq., she requested to be relieved of the assignment due to appellant's failure to communicate with counsel. By decision and order dated October 9, 2018, counsel was relieved of the assignment. Thereafter, by letter dated October 16, 2018, appellant was directed to perfect the appeal by November 16, 2018. Appellant failed to perfect the appeal or seek a further extension of time to do so.

Now, therefore, upon the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed.
