CAROLINE ST-LAURENT, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Ronald L. Buch, Judge

On June 2, 2023, the Commissioner electronically submitted a proposed stipulated decision resolving all issues in this case. The Court entered that decision on June 5, 2023. On June 7, 2023, the Commissioner electronically submitted what appears to be another proposed stipulated decision on the same terms as the one already entered. The Commissioner did not file a motion to vacate the already-entered decision. Because there is no motion and no self-evident need to vacate the decision that has already been entered, it is

ORDERED that the proposed stipulated decision submitted on June 7, 2023, is deemed stricken.
