ORDER
The reporter's record in the above styled and numbered cause was originally due December 16, 2013. The Court granted a second extension of time to file the reporter's record until March 7, 2014. As of this date, no reporter's record or additional request for extension of time to file the reporter's record has been received. Further, appellant's counsel has indicated that he has made all the necessary arrangements to have a reporter's record prepared for this case.
It is therefore ORDERED that the trial judge conduct a hearing to determine whether appellant has been deprived of a reporter's record for any reason, and to make appropriate findings and recommendations, which may include giving the court reporter instructions to have the reporter's record by a specific date. The record of such hearing, including any orders and findings of the trial judge, shall be certified and forwarded to this office on or before April 19, 2014.
