In view of the parties' joint status report filed August 9, 2024 (Doc. 141), it is
ORDERED that, no later than September 6, 2024, the parties shall file any stipulations to be bound or stipulations of settled issues to which they have agreed at that time and shall file status reports (joint, if possible) setting out a proposed schedule for the briefing of issues on summary judgment.
