Supreme Court of Michigan
Dec 12, 2000
622 N.W.2d 65 (Mich. 2000)

Opinion

No. 115292-3.

December 12, 2000.

COA: 215787 215865, Mecosta CC: 96-011481-CK

By order of March 28, 2000, the application for leave to appeal from the July 28, 1999 and July 30, 1999 decisions of the Court of Appeals was held in abeyance pending the decision in Daniels v Peterson (Docket No. 110107). On order of the Court, the decision having been issued on July 18, 2000, 462 Mich. 915 (2000), the application is again considered, and, it appearing to this Court that the case of Beaudrie v Henderson (Docket No. 114261) is pending on appeal before this Court and that the decision in that case may resolve an issue raised in the present application for leave to appeal, we ORDER that the application be held in ABEYANCE pending the decision in that case.
