Opinion

Civil Action No. 01-7158.

March 15, 2006

MEMORANDUM/ORDER

On October 12, 2005, the law firm of McShea Tecce, P.C. and Joseph M. Fioravanti, counsel of record for plaintiffs, petitioned for leave of court to withdraw their appearances as counsel for plaintiffs (Docket # 135). On March 14, 2006, Don P. Foster, of the law firm Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg Ellers LLP, entered his appearance on behalf of plaintiffs. Under Local Rule 5.1(c), petitioners' withdrawal is therefore appropriate.

It is therefore ORDERED that the "Petition of McShea Tecce, P.C. and Joseph M. Fioravanti for Leave to Withdraw their Appearances as Counsel for Plaintiffs" (Docket # 135) is GRANTED. Frederick A. Tecce, Joseph M. Fioravanti, Anthony J. DiMarino, III, and the law firm of McShea Tecce, P.C. are deemed withdrawn as plaintiffs' counsel in this case.
