Due to inadvertent clerical error, the Court on October 25, 2021, issued a duplicative Order in the above-docketed matter directing that payment of the filing fee for this case be made. However, an Order requesting an Amended Petition and filing fee had already been issued on October 13, 2021.
Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that the Order for filing fee served October 25, 2021, is hereby vacated and set aside.
