KidsPeace's Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED concerning Plaintiff's claims of actual/perceived/record of disability under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Pennsylvania Human Rights Act (PHRA).
KidsPeace's Motion for Summary Judgement is DENIED concerning Plaintiff's claims of failure-to-accommodate disability discrimination under the ADA and PHRA.
KidsPeace's Motion for Summary Judgement is GRANTED concerning Plaintiff's retaliations claims under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the ADA, and the PHRA.
