HANNAH SPRAGUE AND DELMAS MEEK, Appellants v. ERWIN J. ROBERTS AND JULIE ROBERTS, Appellees

On Appeal from the 266th District Court Erath County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. CV36531

Panel consists of: Bailey, C.J., Trotter, J., and Williams, J.

ORDER

PER CURIAM

This appeal has become stalled due to the failure of K.C. DeBusk, the court reporter for the 266th District Court, to prepare and file in this court the reporter's record, which was originally due on October 19, 2023.

DeBusk filed four prior requests for an extension of time to file the reporter's record in this cause. When we granted her fourth request on January 24, 2024, we reiterated that three prior requests for extension of time had been granted, and we directed that the reporter's record be filed on or before February 20, 2024. DeBusk missed the deadline required by our fourth notice. As of the date of this order, DeBusk has not filed the reporter's record.

By this order, K.C. DeBusk is ORDERED to file the reporter's record in this cause on or before 5:00 p.m. on March 20, 2024. If the reporter's record has not been filed in this court by that time, DeBusk is ordered to appear in person at 3:00 p.m. on March 21, 2024, in the courtroom of the Eleventh Court of Appeals in Eastland, Texas, to explain the delay.
