DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by S.P.Q.R. Co., Inc., Ponza Co., Inc., A.I.T. J. Co., Inc., and Claudio Iodice for leave to appeal to this Court from an undated order to show cause of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, to modify a certain "Stop Work Order," and to direct United Rockland Holding Company, Inc. and United Rockland Stairs, Inc., to post an undertaking in the sum of $15,000,000 pursuant to CPLR 6312(b).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
