This case is calendared for trial during the Court's May 30, 2023 Trial Session in Tampa, Florida.

On May 3, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute (Doc. 10).

On May 10, 2023, the Court ordered petitioner to file a response to the aforementioned motion by May 22, 2023. As of the date of this Order, no response has been received by or on behalf of petitioner.

Upon due consideration, it is
