Appeal from a judgment of the superior court for Spokane county, Webster, J., entered January 3, 1931, upon sustaining a demurrer to the complaint, dismissing an action for money had and received. Reversed.

This case in all material respects is like that of Spokane Merchants' Association v. Spokane Dry Goods Co., ante p. 577, 299 P. 371, and, upon the authority of that case, the judgment in this case will be reversed.
