In Re: Raymond Spitz, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 636257. BEFORE: THERIOT, CHUTZ, AND PENZATO, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. In this application for writ of mandamus, relator, Raymond Spitz, contends he has not received a ruling on his petition for judicial review. Commissioner Nicole Robinson conducted a hearing on the petition on April 25, 2018. As this matter is proceeding in the district court, relator's writ is denied.
