Present — Martin, P.J., Townley, Glennon, Cohn and Callahan, JJ.


Order unanimously modified by granting plaintiffs' motion to examine before trial the defendant Spering Holding Corp. by David Goldreich, its president, and the defendants Bernard Maas and Theodore Mass. doing business under the name and style of I. Maas and Sons by Bernard Maas with respect to items 5, 6, 10, 11 and 12 set forth in the notice of motion dated August 18, 1942, and as so modified affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements to the plaintiffs. The date for the examination to proceed to be fixed in the order. No opinion. Settle order on notice.
