Motion by appellant to vacate a decision and order on motion of this court dated May 7, 2019, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered March 26, 2019.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.

As the matter was marked settled in the Civil Court, appellant's remedy, if it be so advised, is to move in the Civil Court for relief from that marking.
