ORDER

It is ORDERED that the motion to supplement the record and compel the Board to subpoena various documents (M-118) is denied; and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to compel the Board to file its Appellate Division appendix (M-119) is dismissed as moot; and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for leave to file a supplemental brief (M-120) is denied; and it is further ORDERED that the motion for leave to proceed as indigent (M-259) is dismissed as moot, the Court having considered the petition on the merits.
