This case is calendared for trial at the Court's October 17, 2022, San Francisco, California, trial session. On September 22, 2022, Mr. Spielbauer filed a motion to proceed remotely, and on September 23, 2022, the Commissioner filed a motion for continuance and indicated that he did not object to Mr. Spielbauer's motion to proceed remotely. A notice of no objection to the Commissioner's motion for continuance was filed by Mr. Spielbauer on September 23, 2022. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that Mr. Spielbauer's motion to proceed remotely filed September 22, 2022, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that the Commissioner's motion for continuance is granted in that this case is continued and stricken from the Court's October 17, 2022, San Francisco, California, trial session. It is further

ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial at the remote session of the Court scheduled to commence on December 5, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that the Standing Pretrial Order issued June 16, 2022, remains in effect. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding.
