Present — Martin, P.J., Glennon, Dore, Cohn and Callahan, JJ.; Glennon and Cohn, JJ., dissent and vote for affirmance.


Judgment reversed and a new trial ordered with costs to the appellants to abide the event, on the ground that the finding of the jury that the injury received was the proximate cause of death was against the weight of the credible evidence.
