George Spencer, Plaintiff, v. Tom Selgas et al., Defendants.
ORDER
J. Campbell Barker, United States District Judge
Plaintiff George Spencer initiated this action in state court asserting a claim concerning patent-application rights. The action was removed to federal court and is referred to United States Magistrate Judge K. Nicole Mitchell. Docs. 1, 3.
The magistrate judge issued a report recommending that the motion to dissolve temporary restraining order and award costs be granted in part and denied in part. Doc. 17. No. party objected to the report and recommendation. When a party fails to object to a magistrate judge's report, the court reviews the record only for clear error. See Douglass v. United Servs. Auto. Ass'n , 79 F.3d 1415, 1420 (5thCir. 1996).
Having reviewed the magistrate judge's report, and being satisfied that it contains no clear error, the court accepts its findings and recommendation. The court grants the motion (Doc. 5) to dissolve the temporary restraining order and denies the motion to award costs.
So ordered.
