This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's December 18, 2023, Miami, Florida, trial session. On September 14, 2023, respondent filed an unopposed Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing (Doc. 18). By Order served September 20, 2023, the Court granted respondent's Motion and scheduled the case for a status hearing at the Court's October 25, 2023, Washington, D.C. special hearing session to be conducted remotely at a date and time certain of 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at which time any third-party subpoena may be returnable.
On October 12, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 21). On October 13, 2023, respondent filed a second Status Report (Doc. 22). The second Status Report (Doc. 22) is a duplicate of the first, except that respondent attached a certificate of service. The Court will strike the Status Report filed on October 12, 2023.
Respondent's Status Report filed on October 13, 2023, informs the Court that the third-party to whom the subpoena was issued has fully complied with the subpoena and therefore a document subpoena hearing is no longer required. Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that respondent's first Status Report filed October 12, 2023, is here by stricken from the record in this case. It is further
ORDERED that the status hearing at the Court's October 25, 2023, Washington, D.C., special hearing session to be conducted remotely at a date and time certain of 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, is stricken.
