SPECTRUM HEALTH HOSPITALS and SPECTRUM HEALTH UNITED, Plaintiffs-Appellees, v. WESTFIELD INSURANCE COMPANY, Defendant-Appellant.

Order

151419(29) Robert P. Young, Jr., Chief Justice Stephen J. Markman Brian K. Zahra Bridget M. McCormack David F. Viviano Richard H. Bernstein Joan L. Larsen, Justices COA: 323804
Kent CC: 14-002515-AV

On order of the Chief Justice, the motion of the Michigan Association for Justice to extend the time for filing an amicus curiae brief by 60 days is DENIED. The denial is without prejudice to the Michigan Association for Justice filing another motion that provides specific reasons for seeking an extension in general and a 60-day extension in particular to establish good cause for the delay in accordance with MCR 7.316(B).

I, Larry S. Royster, Clerk of the Michigan Supreme Court, certify that the foregoing is a true and complete copy of the order entered at the direction of the Court.
