ORDER

On October 20, 2014, this appeal was abated pending the Texas Supreme Court's resolution of an issue then pending before the court. Currently pending before this court are appellee's motion to dismiss for want of prosecution, appellant's response to the motion, and appellee's reply to the response. Also pending before the court is appellant's motion to withdraw and substitute appellate counsel.
This appeal is REINSTATED on the docket of this court. Appellee's motion to dismiss for want of prosecution is DENIED. Appellant's motion to withdraw and substitute counsel is GRANTED. Prior to the abatement, appellant filed a brief. If appellant wishes to file an amended or supplemental brief, the amended or supplemental brief must be filed no later than twenty days from the date of this order. If appellant does not wish to file an amended or supplemental brief, appellant must file written notice that no amended or supplemental brief will be filed no later than ten days from the date of this order. Appellee's brief will be due twenty days after appellant either files an amended or supplemental brief or written notice that no such amended or supplemental brief will be filed.
