Petitioner has failed to file the Ownership Disclosure Statement required by Rule 20(c), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure, as previously directed by the Court. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the due date for petitioner to file such disclosure statement is extended to November 14, 2022. A copy of the form is available under "Case Related Forms" on the Court's website at www.ustaxcourt.gov/case related forms.html.

Petitioner's attention is invited to Rule 123(b), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure, which permits the Court to dismiss a petitioner's case for failure to comply with any Order of the Court.
