Opinion

No. 08-14-00065-CV

03-21-2014

Karen Spease and Craig Spease, Appellants, v. Deputy Lasaro Salgado; Sheriff Arvin West; District Attorney Jaime Esparza; Judge Kathleen Olivares, Appellees.

Appeal from the

327th District Court

of El Paso County, Texas

(TC# 2012DCV04960)

ORDER

Appellees Judge Kathleen Olivares, Sheriff Arvin West, and Deputy Sheriff Lasaro Salgado have filed documents questioning whether the Court has jurisdiction to hear an appeal from any orders entered in cause number 2012DCV04960 because the trial court has not entered a final judgment disposing of all parties and claims. It appears the Court may only have jurisdiction of the appeal from cause number 2014DCV0050. The Court hereby gives notice of its intent to dismiss the portion of the appeal which is not based on a final and appealable order, unless any party within ten days from the date of this order can show grounds for continuing this portion of the appeal. Absent a response, the issue of dismissal will be submitted to the Court without further notice.

IT IS SO ORDERED this 21st day of March, 2014.

PER CURIAM Before McClure, C.J., Rivera and Rodriguez, JJ.
