January 12, 1951.

Motion for an appeal from Pulaski Circuit Court, R.C. Tartar, Judge. Judgment of conviction for unlawfully selling spirituous, vinous and malt intoxicating liquors in local option territory. $100 fine and 30 days in jail.

Fritz Krueger for movant.

Appeal denied. Judgment affirmed.
