Bernard J. SPEAKS, Petitioner(s), v. Julie L. JONES, etc., Respondent(s).

Opinion

The petition for writ of habeas corpus is hereby denied because petitioner raises the same issues as in Bernard J. Speaks v. Michael D. Crews, etc., Case No. SC14–1184, in which the petition was denied. Cf. Topps v. State, 865 So.2d 1253 (Fla.2004). No rehearing will be entertained by this Court.

PARIENTE, LEWIS, QUINCE, CANADY, and PERRY, JJ., concur.
