On May 5, 2021, respondent filed a motion for partial summary judgment in this case. We ordered petitioner to respond to that motion by January 21, 2022. On January 5, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion for Extension of Time requesting an addi tional 90 days. Respondent does not object to the granting of petitioner's Motion for Extension of Time. In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Extension of Time, filed January 5, 2022, is granted in that the time within which petitioner shall file its response to respondent's motion for partial summary judgment is extended to April 22, 2022.
