DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by the appellant on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered November 5, 2012, and a judgment of the same court entered December 20, 2012, to enlarge his time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 8, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before July 15, 2013, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the notice of appeal for the judgment and the judgment.
