Action by Louise A. Sparrer, a minor, by her guardian ad litem, Max X. Sparrer, and another, against Alfred O. Kersgard and another, for personal injuries sustained in an automobile accident. From a judgment for the plaintiff, the named defendant appeals.

Reversed.
