In an action for annulment of marriage, plaintiff appeals from an order granting temporary alimony and counsel fee. Order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, the arrears of alimony, if any, to be paid within ten days from the entry of the order hereon. No opinion. Close, P.J., Hagarty, Johnston, Adel and Lewis, JJ., concur.
