A conference having been held on May 24, 2002 and all parties having consented to consolidation of the above-captioned related cases, it is hereby ORDERED, that the above-captioned cases are consolidated, it is further ORDERED, that the lead docket shall be Spanierman v. Merritt, 00 Civ 5712 (LTS), and that any papers relating to both cases shall bear both captions and be filed in that docket, and further ORDERED, that any papers relating solely to USA v. Spanierman, 02 Civ 1082 (LTS) shall be so labeled and shall be docketed and filed under that case number only.
