Shannon M. Spalding Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Christian N. Weiler Judge.

This case is calendared for trial on the Court's March 28, 2022, Tampa, Florida trial session. On January 6, 2022, the parties filed a joint motion for continuance asking the Court to restore this case to the general docket. The motion states that on August 10, 2021, an Appeals Officer ("AO") was assigned to the case, however, due to scheduling issues, caused in part by the COVID-19 pandemic, the AO was unable to start the reconsideration process with petitioner until after November 15, 2021.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the parties' joint motion for continuance is granted and this case is stricken from the March 28, 2022, Tampa, Florida trial session and is continued generally.
